This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by pkplus ("pkplus", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data processed in connection with the pkplus platform, accessible at https://pkplus.cam ("Platform"), including all associated services, account management functions, promotional communications and customer support interactions.

We are committed to processing personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. This Policy describes the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, the parties with whom we may share it, the safeguards we apply to protect it, and the rights available to you as a data subject.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (for example, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data or biometric data used for unique identification), except where a liveness selfie is submitted as part of a KYC verification process, in which case it is processed solely for identity-matching purposes and not retained beyond the requirements of our compliance obligations.

• Identity and age verification (KYC): Confirming that you are who you say you are, that you meet minimum age requirements (18+, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction), and that your account is not being used for fraudulent purposes.

pkplus processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

pkplus does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and age-verification services used to confirm your identity and eligibility.
• Payment processors: Financial technology partners and payment processors involved in handling your deposits and withdrawal requests.

pkplus retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to overriding legal retention obligations. Our general retention approach is as follows:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus a period thereafter to satisfy any applicable statutory retention requirements or to resolve outstanding disputes.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for the period required by applicable AML and identity verification regulations following account closure, which typically ranges from five to seven years depending on the licensing jurisdiction.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for the applicable statutory accounting and audit retention period following the transaction date.
• Support and complaints correspondence: Retained for a reasonable period to manage ongoing disputes and to support quality assurance, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or until the data is no longer necessary for the relevant marketing purpose, whichever occurs first.

Following the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

We aim to respond to all verified data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we may extend this period and will inform you accordingly.
