pkplus Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkplus ("pkplus", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkplus website located at https://pkplus.cam, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotions and account management functions offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion terms that may apply from time to time.

pkplus is operated as an online gambling and sports betting platform providing services to adult users. We do not claim that online gambling is licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on pkplus, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined under these Terms.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by pkplus for breach of these Terms.
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally and then attempted to re-register.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

pkplus reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage, including at account registration, prior to first withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifetime. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the pkplus Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice, with any associated balances forfeited in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be required at other points as determined by pkplus's compliance procedures. Acceptable verification documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of address where required (for example, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• A real-time selfie or liveness verification video where requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pkplus will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

By accessing the pkplus Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud.
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party or operating as an agent, syndicate member or collective betting arrangement without explicit written consent from pkplus.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game outcome, odds feed, bonus structure or promotional mechanic through technical means, collusion or dishonest play.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, data-mining tools or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Transmitting viruses, malware or any other code designed to disrupt, damage or impair the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, data or intellectual property from the Platform without express written authorisation from pkplus.
• Creating or maintaining duplicate accounts, or registering an account for any person other than yourself.

pkplus reserves the right to monitor activity, investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral — where any prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

All account balances and transactions on pkplus are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

pkplus references familiar payment methods available to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual deposit and withdrawal options. These references do not constitute endorsement, partnership or affiliation with any payment service provider. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the Platform's current cashier configuration.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the account (source-of-funds matching), or as otherwise approved through the KYC process.
• All KYC verification requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal request is processed.
• pkplus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts.
• Processing times are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. pkplus will endeavour to process requests within stated timeframes but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Funds deposited through one payment channel may be required to be withdrawn through the same channel (return-to-source policy).

pkplus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the point of offer. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonus offers and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods. Expired bonuses and any associated balance will be forfeited automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games or betting markets may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One account, one bonus: Each promotional offer is available to one registered account per person, household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times are considered abuse and may result in forfeiture.
• Illustrative figures: Any PKR amounts cited in promotional marketing materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximums subject to eligibility, deposit match percentages and applicable limits.

pkplus reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account prior to amendment will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

All sports bets, live bets, casino game outcomes and instant game results on pkplus are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting conditions apply across all markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has returned a successful bet receipt. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity issues are not valid until confirmed.
• pkplus reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical error, data feed malfunction or human input error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and feed integrity. Bets placed after an event's relevant outcome has been determined (late bets) will be voided.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournament fixtures and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official results as declared by the relevant governing body. pkplus is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as documented in the Platform's sports rules section.
• Casino game RTP (return-to-player) percentages are provided for informational purposes. RTP is a statistical measure over large sample sizes and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

pkplus is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. Access is strictly restricted to users aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction.

pkplus provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within the Player's account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session time limits: Players may configure automated session duration alerts and automatic logouts.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly and permanently prohibit re-registration during the exclusion period.

All content on the pkplus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkplus or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from pkplus.
• Modification, adaptation, translation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Framing, mirroring or embedding Platform content on third-party websites or applications.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software or technical component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkplus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or personal data resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, data transmission delays or errors attributable to third-party infrastructure, internet service providers or payment processors.
• Any decision to place a wager based on information accessed via the Platform, including odds data, statistics or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

pkplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any specific product rules.
• pkplus reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, dishonest or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• The Player is found to be a Prohibited User (including being under the required minimum age).
• Continued operation of the account would expose pkplus to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
• The Player has self-excluded and attempted to re-register in circumvention of the self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for cause (breach, fraud, etc.), pkplus reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not subject to pending investigations or pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Player in accordance with applicable return-of-funds procedures.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkplus holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request.

pkplus does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their own country or region. By using the Platform, you accept that disputes arising from your use will be resolved under the governing law applicable to pkplus's operating jurisdiction, not necessarily Pakistani law.

pkplus reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a prominent on-site notification or by email to the address registered on your account.

The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent review or update. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and to review the current Terms. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Any bets or transactions completed prior to your cessation of use will be settled under the Terms in force at the time of those transactions.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within 14 days, we will provide a progress update and an estimated resolution timeline.
